This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There where mold on the shower curtains and everywhere in the bathroom. The room smelled like bleach and death like a body had to be cleaned up. I nearly puked when I walked inside the room. The walls outside the room where dusty, and floor had debris all over it. I have been here three times for three years because it is cheap, and I regret coming here every time. The only saving grace is that the staff where very kind. The staff looked like, however, they had been overworked and tired. I would NEVER come here.
They are always nice & have clean rooms. I always stay on the 1st floor and I can park right outside of my room usually. They have a nice hot breakfast option that I don't have to stop for lunch later. I can keep going on the road. They are not pet friendly, though. If they were, it would be a perfect place to stay.
Very nice desk lady clean room nice beds and pillows. Great experience very helpful staff.
Really rundown and shabby especially bathroom. Phone ripped out of wall not working. Internet very slow. Did not feel safe. Rooms face outside to parking lot. No security seen anywhere.
Oh my where to begin? The bed blanket had dried blood spatter and mildew, burn holes. You could tell that had not been washed because of the burn holes, the way they looked, and it was dirty. Who knows about the bedspread. The front of heater/air conditioner grate was filthy and had dust stuck to it. Not clean at all. That didn't even get turned on. I ain't breathing what comes out of that thing. The girl at the front desk was very nice, but what she brought to replace was only slightly better, stained and just not sure they were any cleaner. Afraid to set anything on the carpet. Lord be glad when the am gets here. I personally would not recommend this place, and will never ever stay here or any other Quality Inn. Oh husband booked this room, I would never have.
