the bed. The store will do nothing about it, because we did not buy a mattress cover for it. (over $100). The salesman did tell us we needed to buy the cover. Customer Service is a thing of the past and does not exist at beds express. Take my advice, when you are looking for bedding, go anywhere but "beds express" Over $600.00 gone with nothing to show for it. I will definitely be a smarter shopper after this experience.

First of all, I am not angry, nor am I giving a review for any reason other than telling the truth. We shopped at just about all the mattress stores in Cullman. We finally found the mattress and box spring at Beds Express. It was a great bed in the store. We paid for the bed and to have it delivered.
Excellent service. Angel made the experience very easy for us. The delivery crew was fast, efficient, and friendly. All-around excellent.
