These are the most thoughtful and kind workers you'll ever meet. They don't rush you through like cattle. I noticed that people had come from far distances to go to this office rather than their own local ones in Birmingham or even Huntsville.
Security officer was rude and treated me like I was dumb. I walked in and I've never been to a social security office a day in my life. Anyways, I walked in and asked where I had to sign in. He laughed and talked to me like I was the dumbest person in the world and point at the terminal.
But, the lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful. Hopefully I won't have to return for a very long time.
