If I could give it no stars, I would. Have treated me so wrong,, unfair treatment. Put other people who have never been tenants here in the brand new apartments, when I put in request for them, & had letters from my Neurologist because I am disabled and have serious health issues. They were made like I need apartment to be,,forced to carry groceries and stuff in, not able to, causing me more, unnecessary pain, Especially after surgery. They charge for repairs, maintenance calls,, not supposed to, no other place does this,, it's landlords responsibility. Do inspections, tell you where to put your furniture, judge your housekeeping, yet they do nothing to fix up apartment, black mold, cracks in walls, paint peeling, weeds growed up, so many problems. Remodeled my neighbors kitchen, yet haven't done mine, probably won't , unfair. Need a new, better executive director,, who is fair, will do things right,, & this is supposed to be for low income people,,yet too many tenants aren't,, have expensive, new vehicles, some have 2-3 vehicles. Healthy, people put it new, & remodeled handicap accessible apartments, when I was supposed to be, fair housing, & American Disability Act. I could go on about how bad it is,, how bad & unfair I've been treated,, it's actually called abusing me, emotional and mental abuse,,& physical, .
