I've had no problems shopping here. Prices are sometimes better than Lowe's or Home Depot. Better quality garden tools, too.
I usually visit this store for small or random items. However the prices are higher than another nearby hardware store. My experience with the employees have always been pleasant. It's never been crowded which isn't good for business but that's why I go there. It's easier to access the parking lot than the other store too. They also carry Keys work pants.
Everyone has been glad to help me with what ever I needed. They have given me ideas to try which was invaluable. Even when checking out, the young lady smiles. And if I may say, Gary has been knowledgeable in 90% of the projects I undertake. Thanks everybody!
I will never go back to this store everyone was rude as hell. I said hello as I walked in and the woman behind the register just stared at me. Then when I asked where something was she just answered with attitude. I tried, excuse me mam, to 2 other employees as they walked by and they also just ignored me. Everyone there seemed to be pissed off having to be there. This was my first visit there and it will be my last. I can't stand walking in and instantly feeling unwelcome. I couldn't find anyone in charge either to top it off so I hope y'all read this!!!
This place may not be as big and have as much stuff as a Lowe's or Home Depot, but the awesome drive through lumber yard more than makes up for it! I've done a lot of business here over the years and plan to continue doing so.
