I love the customer service. I work all the time so its hard for me to look at furniture but they always take time out of there day to find a perfect match!! I literally do nothing but call them. They go above and beyond to make my home look amazing :)
If i could give it 0 stars i would. This store in Cullman has the worst customer service i have ever seen, not only did they take more money then they said they would they were beyond rude and even cussed me out when i asked to speak to their managaer and then hung up on me!! WORST STORE EVER!!
The team at Buddy's has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. We were recently in a very time-sensitive situation with an sudden and urgent need to accommodate a loved one after a hospital stay, and Brandy, Jeremy, Angela, Nicole and several others moved a few mountains to help us in our time of need. In addition, the two gentlemen delivering the furniture were incredibly polite and helpful. If you need rental furniture, I suggest you call Buddy's! Their customer service is top notch.
This place is awesome they will definitely work deals with people that have bad or no credit they give people a chance & customer service is awesome
