Becky Hyatt looks like you buy just cheap furniture. Spend a little more and get better! With that said, stopped at this location, way to small! The selection is limited and the manager seemed to be very cocky and conceded. I like shopping at Fultondale or Hoover (that’s where I’m from) those stores are bigger a seems like they are better ran. Positive point about this store is that they have very beautiful sales girls. Don’t take my word for it stop buy there and see for yourself, I’m just giving my 2
Had a great experience. Whitney was great to work with. Very helpful and patient with us. She worked well with her manager Keith. He also was very easy and willing to help us in any way he could.
LeAnne was our sales person and she was great. She went above and beyond to help us. I was disappointed in the delivery time. Got a call and email saying it would be delivered one day but when I called to confirm it was another day. When the called 2 days before delivery to tell me 3 hour time frame so I was excited. They called to tell me the next day to say it didn't come in and I had to wait again. Beyond tired of sitting on the floor.
Whitley is gem to work with. She was friendly and beyond helpful in picking out my furniture. She took the time to look at pictures of my home to assist me with picking out the right furniture. I would highly recommend her.
Our experience with Ashley Home Store in Cullman from start to finish was the best. Meeting KC and having her help us through the process was priceless. Her decorating tips and ideas were spot on. Her honesty and professionalism were very refreshing. She was so helpful and Ashley’s quality and pricing so great we’ve made additional purchases. We will be back!! Thanks KC for everything!!
