Not every deal can be exactly the same. But the customer attention, in sales and service, was excellent; informative, friendly, straight to the point, and over the top, doing way more than just pushing another sell.
Went a few months back to simply window shop and just get an idea. And although against my better judgement at first, that very same day, I pulled off the lot with a very happy decision! Many things were added to the purchase that I would never have asked for...
We went here last year looking for a car. The salesman was friendly enough to start with. He let us test drive a vehicle and all. Then when it came down to talking about the price and my possibly purchasing, things went downhill fast. They brought out the manager, and another salesman. I had three sales people out there pressuring me to purchase a vehicle that was too expensive for my budget. They were even trying to get my wife to pressure me into purchasing the vehicle. I won't be back because of this. It made me very uncomfortable because they had me backed into a corner and were trying to turn my wife against me. That's not a very professional sales tactic. Plus, their prices were too high anyways.
They worked hard to get us a car we love. The staff is always friendly. The waiting area is very kid friendly and that means the world to me! My 4 year old loves the kid room!!
It's a dealership so it's not the cheapest place to get stuff done, but I have a newer Nissan so I come here to get windshield wipers for $40. They have free snacks and a Keurig, bottled water, and a microwave if you're weird enough to bring something to microwave while you get your tires rotated. The TV is always on HGTV, and the chairs are commercial comfortable. If you have kids that like to play by themselves they have a great glass kids room, so it's quiet in the waiting area but you can watch their every move as they play video games or watch their own TV. The staff is cool, the checkout ladies are friendly. They keep track of your reward points so every now and then my service is kinda free, all around a pretty nice joint. It's not quick BTW, so come with an hour to devote to the waiting room.
Zero reason to give anything less than five stars for this dealership!
Buyer beware brought a car and and the next some broke and toke it back to them and I said that they can't so nothing about. Plus I call like 6 different and never got a return call this place is a joke and the staff only care about the money and not the people.
