Wide selection of reptiles fish and birds but all reptiles (when I came in a little while ago) had 30% humidity or lower and the highest temp was at 75 degrees. Considering at least snakes get most of their water through the humidity in the air they can get dehydrated and cold. The humidity should be at least 55% for a python and roughly at least 85 degrees. So, not ok at all. I no not support places that aren't even knowledgeable (or even worse don't care) enough to take care of their animals.
Great staff. My puppy is in beginners obedience class. Vanessa does a great with my wild man.
Used the grooming services for my 2 new puppies today and spent a small fortune on things my fur babies needed. The grooming staff was excellent. They loved on my pups just like they belonged to them. Kodi was the groomer and I didn't get the other girls name but she was great too. Then the manager and cashier both went out of their way to make sure I had extra coupons. They got my $200 total down to $140 just by using coupons that they didn't have to even tell me about. I will definitely bring my fur babies back!
I don't know what I did before pet smart came to cullman! The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! My pupster even loves making a trip here!!!
