The food is good, but services is so slow it's barely worth it. Typical wait time is 5 to 8 minutes for drive through, and you get trapped in their line so you have no choice but to wait until you can pay money or finally escape to go somewhere else (if there's any daylight left). My visits typically take 10 minutes or more, so Panda Express feels more like a slap in the face. The food taste good at least, otherwise I'd rate this 1 or lower. Avoid unless there is no line to trap you.
I love Panda Express and frequently visit the one where I live in Huntsville, however I recently made the mistake of coming here. The girl taking our order seemed frustrated and annoyed that we chose to eat here. They close at 9 on Sundays and we got here right before 8. They already had gotten rid of their rice and complained about us ordering orange chicken. She told us it would be about a 6 minute wait for that and we said that was fine. She audibly sighed as if she were irritated. This Panda location is definitely the worst service I've ever had at ANY fast food location. I understand wanting to get out of work on time, but come on guys. The food as always is good! Highly recommend for the food, just drive to hunstville for better service.
The place was clean enough, but the chow mein sucked and the prices were too high
Food is always fresh and prices are fair for the portion size. Can get busy depending on the time of day. Service is fairly quick for the most part.
Words can barely express my disappointment in what was one of my favorite fast food places. I stopped in Wednesday (11-29) food was good and fresh. Went at 6:30pm on December 2nd the broccoli had bad spots in it we waited over 10 minutes for vegetables. My daughter's noodles tasted bad, they were thrown away. Her shrimp was under cooked as a last minute effort to get our dinners out. The staff seemed to be at a complete loss as to how to cook their own menu items. They were out of soy sauce. No one on the serving line was wearing gloves. We observed an employee fill a meat container bare handed. I am very dissapointed. I don't know what changed and I know everyone can have an off night, but this was ridiculous.
