Bathrooms could be cleaner, they keep it pretty cold. Layout is good, seats comfortable and never too crowded. I go about once a month and always enjoy it.
Somewhat disappointing. This theatre used to be run by carmike cinemas, and they had better prices. It's still a nice theatre, and they still are decent prices, but who wants a price bump for the same quality?
Aside from that, they were understaffed, and were slow. It was extremely busy, so some of that is understandable.
Everything was super overpriced. The theater was not as clean as I would expect and the staff honestly doesn't seem to care.
They had trouble with their 3D projector and had to move is all to a different auditorium, but other than that I've never had a problem at this theater. The employees are usually very friendly and helpful, they keep the place rather clean, and it's an easier drive today going to Birmingham so I go to this theater quite more often.
Many theaters in Huntsville I would rather spend my time and money on that would give me a higher quality experience.
Great place to watch a movie. The staff there are friendly and the place is kept clean. The food is a little pricy though, but I guess that's with all movie theatres.
