This place is a joke! Dr DOES NOT listen to anything! Charged me for lab work and didn't even test me what I requested. I got fed up up found a different Dr. Turns out I have lupus and rheumatoid arthritis!!!! And he refused to test me as to why I've been in so much pain!!!!
For our first visit they required us to be 15 minutes early so we could sit for 2 hours in the waiting room and another hour in the exam room. Today, our second visit....should've taken MAYBE 15 minutes for lab work...we've been here an hour past our appointed time while they continue to take in others. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!
If i could give zero stars i would. Expect to spend over 3 hours here. I came in for a 2:00 appointment. Didnt leave until after 5 pm!! The nurses were rude and after all that waiting the doctor only saw me for only 5 mins. When I explained to him I needed to get something for mucus and an inhaler, and I asked him what he recommended for mucus, he prescribed me an antibiotic which was not what i wanted at all, i wanted something over the counter.... It's ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this doctor's office to anyone.

Ok don't care for this place at all,everyone in there is very rude,I went there with my feet bout to bust and tried to show him and Dr,Cole told me to hush,I broke down and I couldn't quite crying,I told him how can I tell you what's wrong with me,if you tell me to hush.I am a very sick person,and I hate going there,I'd rather not have a Dr if I can't talk and feel comfabale with him,I just don't no why they can't change things there since a lot of people are disgusted with that Dr,
Every time we've been there it's either been a long wait for nothing or a total lack of professionalism.
Unfortunately, he's the only medicare doctor in cullman. My recommendation would be to go to a Medicare doctor in another town if possible.
Don't waste your time or money in this place.
