The people are friendly and they have fast customer service. They are at a good location and they are next to a gas station so when you by something you can fill it up.
PROBLEM:I brought a Husqvarna YTH22V42 from Lowes about 4 yrs ago that has never started properly without starting fluid and the extended warrantee from Lowes cost app. $200 and sucked. They never fixed it and wanted another $130 to continue work on it and I said bring it back. SOLUTION: I brought the mower to Basch Brothers with two major issues and they fixed it for a wopping $58. I was expecting a much larger bill. I still don't believe it. Yeah, I was very lucky. When he said the price, I actually thought he was speaking to someone else. I got it home and it works great. I will go there the next time I need help. I might not be so lucky on the price, but I'll have trust in them. The guys are very friendly and there's even a friendly yard dog that is sometimes there to greet you.
