The lady who answered and helped me was professional and set us up with the perfect arrangement for my friends who had lost their father. They also got it delivered same day on fairly short notice. Prices are reasonable and service is good. I would use Fairview Florist again.
Fairview florist is by far the best florist in Cullman. They were who I chose to create my wedding arrangements. I interviewed many florists before choosing and Fairview Florist was the only ones that said they could do what I wanted. They did a fantastic job and offer wonderful customer service! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Until the owner does what a good business owner should do, no one should order from them. It's a matter of principle. I can relate as my 9 year old daughter had her Christmas bonuses from her paper route stolen by a man who worked for the Falmouth Enterprise. We had a blizzard going on and I told her not to deliver the paper. We would do it the next day. This man went out and delivered and justified the theft by saying, "She should have delivered the paper if she wanted her tips." I wrote to the owner, who like this one, did nothing. I have never bought that paper since and I made both my children stop working for them. Very upsetting for children to learn that many adults are not to be trusted.
The delivery driver of this florist in Cullman bragged to friends about taking my 9 year old daughter's Valentine's necklace from her flowers. It was a special gift from her father (currently in Afghanistan). The manager suggested that considering how busy florists are on Valentine's Day that I, my husband, my daughter, and mother-in law "get over it". He went on to say that my little friends were not capable t o doing a thing to hurt his business. Bad businesses take away from honest local businesses. These types need to be called out and let the consumers be the judge.
I live in Nebraska and have heard the tale of how this company did not care that one of their delivery drivers stole a necklace from a 9yr old. What horrible business practices!!! I hope that the word gets out to other people and that Teleflora drops this company as a vendor of its products.
