Went to Mitch Smith Chevy for an oil change that was needed and much of what was needed before is now going to cost around $1600.00 bucks not to mention what they [Grave's] didn't check as requested. Way to go boys!!! Should have gone to Mitch Smith in the beginning! I found out that I could have charged a nice fee for unauthorized usage and mileage. Hopefully I'm the last ones screwed by these people.

They were so helpful and nice, I just needed an oil change but they still had great customer service! highly recommended . Cheapest oil change!! im from out of town but they made me feel like a regular.
Update: I received a call from the owner and we had a talk. It was very honest and he did understand how I felt. As I had stated in my post I did not believe this was the same owners at the time, but speaking with him I am satisfied that he has eliminated his problem and his business is the way it used to be. In the future I will probably bring some of my business back.

Left my truck for repairs. They said the catalytic convertor needed repairing and I could pick it up on Monday. When I picked it up my gas warning light came on. I barely and I mean barely got to the gas station. I looked at my paperwork and the miles in and the miles out was 167 miles. Before I left there the girl said "he cleaned it up" I know why now. When I brought it to there attention and they knew they were had, they admitted that "we test drove it and went to Huntsville to pick-up some parts". They took $25 off another bill which I'm sure they jacked up the price. They also took a cell phone charger they could use, left the one for my company phone and I noticed today several deep cuts in the bed liner and a dent at the back drivers tail light and pretty sure a heavy chain is missing. I don't believe these are the same ones that owned it several years ago. If you use them I would advise you to inventory everything before you leave it or take it to a chop shop as you know what they [chop shop] can do! If I could give a negative rate I would.
