Booked a car through Travelocity and had no trouble putting in the reservation. It's a good thing you don't have to pay up front because when we called later to confirm we could pick up our reserved car, we were told the car wasn't there and couldn't be guaranteed to be there at any time. After reading the other reviews, apparently this is not a Travelocity issue, but a store issue. We were told we are the next ones on the list and would be called when a car showed up. Still haven't heard from them and now the offices are closed. We need to leave tonight, not whenever a car shows up. Not to mention that we are on the baby's schedule and needed to leave an hour ago... Guess we will be putting the miles on our own car. I get that you are located in a small town, but at least have the decency to provide the service you claim to have! And if you cannot provide that service, say so up front as soon as the reservation comes in so we aren't counting on something we aren't going to be able to get! Very disappointed with this location.
I had to rent a car because I wrecked my vehicle just before leaving for a travel contract for work. This was especially inconvenient for me and a stressful experience. The ladies at this location in Cullman were especially rude, and acted as though everything was an inconvenience. They treated me as though they didn’t need my business and like I caused them
a hassle. The customer service in this location is awful, I wouldn’t recommend using them unless you had no other option. I’m not sure if Sarah, the lady I dealt with, was terribly hateful because I was using insurance, or if this is the standard for enterprise employees. I have never been treated so badly in my entire life. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU CANNOT WALK TO WHERE YOU’RE GOING!!!

We have rented cars from Enterprise several times thru out the years! Very friendly associates, reasonable priced and a nice selection to choose from.
This location was helpful and kind when we needed a car after ours was hit. The man at the counter was very informative and up front with any charges that we would incur. He gave us several selections within the vehicle class we needed as well.
